Who it's for

Built for how your brain works.

ADHD / ADD brains

You know what to do. Starting is the wall. You drift mid-task, or you do everything except the thing that matters. Built for how your brain works.

Entrepreneurs & solo builders

No boss, no deadline, no one watching. Too many options and no clear first move. HypeFocus forces the choice, then times it.

Anyone stuck in motion

You work all day and still don't feel like you moved forward. Sessions turn that into visible micro-wins you can count.

Sound familiar?

  • I can't get started.
  • I start, then drift.
  • I don't know what to work on first.
  • I work but don't feel like I'm moving forward.
  • I do everything except the work that actually matters.

HypeFocus is the accountability structure that turns those into micro-wins — every single session.

Founders

Born out of frustration.

HypeFocus wasn't built in a boardroom — it was born out of frustration. Jon and Dan were two entrepreneurs meeting every week to hold each other accountable, and every week watching each other spin: lots of motion, not enough finished. So one day they stopped talking and ran an experiment. Pick the single most important task, put 10 minutes on the clock, and go. Then again. And again. Four short rounds later, they'd done more in 40 minutes than they had in four months. The difference wasn't more hours — it was being forced to choose what mattered first, and finish it. That experiment became HypeFocus.
